As your birth doula, I’m here to walk beside you through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood. I take time to truly know you - your strengths, your needs, and what brings you comfort - so together we can create the birth experience that feels right for you.
We’ll explore your birth wishes, prepare for labor with comfort and relaxation techniques, and help your partner feel confident and involved. I’ll guide you through what’s happening in your body, so you feel informed, empowered, and at ease.
When your birthing day arrives, I’ll be there throughout the entire process - offering calm reassurance and steady support. After birth, I’ll visit you to check in, talk through your experience, and support your recovery and transition into motherhood.
I offer doula support in Gouda, Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague (Den Haag), Utrecht, and surrounding areas - in both English and Hungarian.
