What is a Sibling Doula doing?
When a new baby joins the family, life changes for everyone - especially for older siblings. As your sibling doula, I help make this transition smoother and more positive for the whole family.
I offer gentle support to help siblings feel included, confident, and excited about their new role. Through play, stories, and simple moments of connection, I help them understand what’s happening and how they can be part of caring for their baby.
My goal is to create harmony during this time of change - supporting you in balancing the needs of your growing family while making sure every child feels seen, loved, and secure.
